This spoke volumes to me. Most of my ideas come when I'm either cycling, running or walking. :-)

I need to move when I want to think about what to write or locate inspiration. I once wrote a whole New York Times OpEd on a run — the structure, the arguments, and most of the words came to me as my feet pounded the pavement.
