Recently, I did a 45 km bike trail in a day, and now I know that 45 km is very long. The trail was generally flat, graded as 1 and 2, and easy to bike, however, having so many km of riding was so exhausting in the end. Nevertheless, I felt incredibly happy to be able to do that.
