Spot on! Although I haven't been to Heathrow for four years (ironically, I'm flying out of it and back to it in a few weeks when I visit my native land, Cuba), I have to admit it always looks as if it's seen better days. :-) I'm so sorry you had to go through that ordeal. Thanks for sharing.
