I have stopped beating myself up for procrastinating and I have made a game out of it, or at least new words. So now I procrasti-whatever. As long as it is a positive activity, I give myself some leeway to take a break. I love procrasti-reading, or procrasti-running, and even procrasti-pushups. They are distractions with a purpose, or at least a productive outcome. But I still leave procrasti-cleaning for the real dirty jobs.
