Sorry, mate, but I doubt it. If anything, getting a second language under your belt deepens your understanding and knowledge of your mother tongue. I'm a native Spanish speaker who turned English into his other mother tongue. And yet, when I go back to Spanish it feels as normal as ever. I also speak German and French, although less fluently now than I used to, so that's four languages including my first one.
