Or, also because our brain conforms to the language we develop in order to describe things. Like I said to someone many years ago: I dare you to think of objects around in terms other than square, rectangular, triangular, oval etc. As someone who's into linguistics and studied child's development (part of my degree in education) I still geek out on posts like yours. Am I conditioned by the same geometry in my dreams as I am by it during my waking hours? :-)
