There isn’t much need to be turning to fibre supplements, you can get plenty of fibre from eating wholefoods. The thing with including more fibre in the diet is, it’s not about overhauling what you eat. Small tweaks can have a big impact, for example, swapping out white bread for wholegrain bread, white rice for brown rice, bulking up sauces with pulses and legumes like lentils and beans, which will in turn bulk up the fibre content of meals. Going for mixed nuts instead of chocolate and crisps for snacks (sorry, but it will help, and probably make you feel better).
