Their breaths grow longer and deeper, sleep has settled like a comforting mist in the air above their heads. My eyes are pulled shut, sleep beckoning, fatigue demanding. I wrap my arm around my daughter and am lulled to sleep by a lullaby playing softly upon our ears.
