I would agree with this advice. The analogy I like to use is The Beatles’ trip to Hamburg in the summer of 1960. Prior to that trip, they were teenage hobbyists with some instruments. After playing together 8 hours a day on stage, 7 days a week, for months, they became musicians. They went from being one of the most disparaged acts in Liverpool to one of the best.
