Less stress and fewer hours dedicated to making someone else’s family life easier. Less mental anguish and distress about getting up early after another sleepless night. Less pain from a health condition aggravated by the nature of my role with a young child. I wonder how far my determination and depleted bank account will take me, but I’ll smile as I soar.
